Dear Sir/Madam,
This is Heather and I am writing this letter regarding the microwave oven recently purchased from your store. The microwave was working fine for almost two weeks after purchase, suddenly one day it stopped warming the food. Moreover, I made an attempt to use different options on it, but nothing worked. On top of it, the ventilation fan that was inbuilt in equipment was broken.
With utmost disappointment, we carried the equipment to store, but it was not helpful as the store representative suggested talking to technical support for more assistance. Based on the contact information provided, I tried to reach the customer service representative, unfortunately, the waiting time was too long. After all the effort, finally, the representative was ready to take up my call. Due to lack of knowledge of the equipment, the agent was not successful in troubleshooting the problem.
To improve the customer service, I would like to provide some suggestions. Firstly, staff training should be enhanced and the technical team should be organized to troubleshoot different appliances. For example, by grouping, some employees to learn more about specific appliances would help in troubleshooting the problem quickly. Secondly, to avoid long waiting time to talk to a representative, virtual calling option can be introduced. This option allows customers to leave their number and message, and later the agent can contact them accordingly.
