SAMPLE ANSWER:
Dear Sir/Madam,
This is Barbara Smith and I am writing this letter about my recent trip to NewYork from Miami on 17th of December, 2017. I traveled in AC672 Flight at 11: AM. There were approximately 100 people traveled along with me and my seat number was 54C.
As soon as I boarded the flight, I was requested to place all my belongings into the cabinets provided above the seats. After the landing of the flight, I collected all my belongings from the cabinets and left from there. A few minutes later, I realized that my driver’s license was missing and it was registered in NewYork state. The license also has my photo, with my personal details such as Full Name as Barbara Smith and date of birth 01-01-1989.
The driver’s license not only gives me the authorization to drive but also used for identification purpose at every location. In addition, I also use it as an access card to enter my office building. Moreover, next week, I have a Visa Interview scheduled and I need to carry this card with me.
Hence, I request you and your crew members to search for my driver’s permit on the flight and I look forward to hearing from you soon.
